Enrollment for Rocky Mountain Day Camp’s 2012 summer is now open! A child must be at least FIVE years old before October 1, 2012 to be eligible to attend.

Tuition for Rocky Mountain Day Camp is $320 per week for Session 1 and Session 3. Tuition for Session 2, Session 4 and Session 5 is $335 per week.

No two sessions are the same at Rocky Mountain Day Camp and we encourage you to enroll for more than just one!

Session 1:
May 29 – June 8 (Two Weeks) - $320 per week
Please note camp will open on Tuesday, May 29.

Session 2:
June 11- June 22 (Two Weeks) - $335 per week

Session 3:
June 25 – July 6 (Two Weeks) - $320 per week
Please note camp will be closed on Wednesday, July 4 2012.

Session 4:
July 9 – July 27 (Three Weeks) - $335 per week

You may add extra archery into your camper’s summer. RMDC will run 4 one week extra archery sessions Monday through Friday from 3:30 until 4:30. These sessions will begin on June 18 and July 16 at RMDC Boulder. At RMDC Superior they will begin on June 25 and July 9. If your camper is enrolled in the coinciding camp session then you may pick them up later in the day. If you are not enrolled in the coinciding camp session you may still register and bring your camper at 3:25 each day that week for a mini Archery Camp! Tuition for each extra week of archery is only $100 for RMDC Campers. For non-RMDC Campers the tuition is $150.

Camp 1: June 25 – June 29

Half-day Rookie Camp is only available to children entering KINDERGARTEN. This gives our youngest campers the opportunity to experience RMDC for a half-day. Half-day Rookies follow the same morning schedule as full-day Rookies but get picked up after lunch at 12:30 PM. Tuition for half-day Rookie Camp is $200 per week. Half-day Rookies may jump to full-day Rookie Camp at any time, including in the middle of a session, on a space available basis.

 

If you enroll before December 31, 2011 you get a $25 PER WEEK discount.

If you enroll between January 1, 2012 and January 31, 2012 you get a $15 PER WEEK discount.

 

Pre-Camp is available from 7:30 AM until camp begins each day. The tuition for Pre-Camp is $50 per week.

After-Camp is available for parents who would like to pick up their camper at 5:30 PM. The tuition for After-Camp is $75 per week.

If you are enrolling for multiple sessions and need Pre-Camp and After-Camp, the following discounts apply:
         
2 Sessions - $100 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp
3 Sessions - $200 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp
4 Sessions - $300 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp

Rocky Mountain Day Camp offers the following sibling discount to families enrolling multiple children:
Second child:     5% discount
Third child:          25% discount
Fourth child:       50% discount

(The sibling discount will be applied to children enrolled in sessions that are of equal or lesser value than the first child.)

 

A $250 per session deposit of your total is due upon enrollment to Rocky Mountain Day Camp.  The balance is due on April 30, 2012. Enrollment after April 30, 2012 must be accompanied by full payment.

A FULL REFUND will be given for cancellations received before May 31, 2012. Refunds requested after May 31, will result in a $50 withdrawal fee.

 

Rocky Mountain Day Camp understands that summer plans may change. Sessions may be switched at any time BASED UPON AVAILABILITY. Although we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule Rocky Mountain Day Camp cannot guarantee all requests to switch sessions.
